Michelle
C. Nicome
Michelle C. Nicome is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
of the Board. Michelle is a visionary responsible for setting
the strategic direction of QSoft and penetrating new global
and regional markets. Michelle has an impeccable record of forging
new alliances and developing strategic relationships. Her role
is to strengthen QSoft’s existing partnerships, build
new alliances, and fortify QSoft’s position as a world
class provider of QA Services.
Prior to co-founding QSoft Consulting in 2007, Michelle served
for eleven years as an Advisor at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors.
Michelle worked with high net-worth individuals, charitable
trusts, foundations, government and corporations to improve
livelihoods in Trinidad and Tobago, and worldwide. Her work
focused on increasing family economic security through job creation,
entrepreneurship, skills training, community empowerment, and
enterprise development. Michelle has many years of experience
working with organizations in areas such as strengthening citizen
participation, network development, increasing capacity of local
government and strengthening civil society organizations.
Michelle served on the board of Kids in Distressed Situations,
Inc., and on the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) National
Steering Committee, which provided policy and technical guidance
to the UNDP. Michelle graduated with honors from Metropolitan
College of New York, holding a BPS in Human Services and a Masters
in Administration. In 1993, she received the Metropolitan College
of New York Distinguished Alumni Award. |

Damico
S. Nicome
Damico S. Nicome is Executive Director and Practice Head with
over fifteen years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
He has developed complex QA solutions for various fortune 500
companies in the Financial and Insurance industries including
The New York Stock Exchange, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase,
Mass Mutual and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
Prior to co-founding QSoft Consulting, Damico consulted for
Firms such as Andersen Consulting (Accenture), American Management
Systems, Keane, and IBM Global Services. While at IBM, Damico
was a Managing Consultant and led the National test consulting
competency. In addition to numerous client citations, Damico
received the IBM Management Award, IBM Consultant Profession
Certification, IBM STAR database induction for World Class Technical
Leadership, IBM Intellectual Capital award and IBM Management
award.
Damico received his B.S. in Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY where he received numerous academic awards and his M.S. in Systems Management from New York University where he conducted research on QA organizational design and its effect on measuring software quality. His research involved an in-depth study of the ISO9126 software quality model, associated metrics, and organizational design. |

Joanne
E. Peterson
Joanne E. Peterson is the founder and CEO of Abator Information
Services, Inc. She has over twenty years of experience in information
technology with expertise in project management, systems analysis,
design, development and deployment. Joanne also has extensive
experience in supplier diversity certification processes.
Prior to starting Abator, Joanne worked for Allen Services Corporation
(now GapGemini) and Cutler Williams, Inc. (now Metamore), as
Manager, Corporate Training; VP, Recruiting and Corporate Recruiting
& Logistics respectively. She continued to build on her
knowledge by earning a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics
& Management from Chatham University in 1986, for which
she wrote her Tutorial/Thesis: “Escalating Software Costs
- A Study of Software Development Cost Estimating and the Software
Acquisition Decision Process.” In 2003, Joanne was awarded
a full scholarship to the first joint training provided by IBM
and Tuck School of Business becoming certified in Executive
Management.
During the last few years Joanne and Abator has hosted several
Interns from the Kauffman Entrepreneurial Program through Chatham
University and she has also served as a Chatham Entrepreneurial
Program Advisor. She has also been a member of USA Today’s
Small Business Panel, Woman Impacting Public Policy and a volunteer
for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.
Currently, Ms. Peterson is working with her partners to develop
and market the Lolopop Project Management and Business Intelligence

Donald E. Rife
Donald E. Rife is the President & CEO of The DEAR Group, Inc., an Information Technology consulting firm specializing in Project Leadership and Business Continuity Planning. Mr. Rife is a high energy, results oriented IT professional with a vast range of experience, knowledge and skills, having worked the past 30 years in many capacities with or for over 70 companies in industries such as banking, pharmaceuticals, health care, telecommunications, electronics, higher education, hotels and casinos.
Mr. Rife started his career in the mid 70’s as a Systems Engineer with IBM, working in their Distributions and Utilities office in Philadelphia. Mr. Rife has a proven record of delivering superior solutions in a cost effective and timely manner; receiving numerous awards and certifications. He possesses a strong entrepreneurial, business, management, and technical acumen and is proficient in all areas of the Systems Development Life Cycle, from design and engineering through development and testing through implementation and support.
Mr. Rife co-founded the Greater Philadelphia Business and Technology Alliance. The Alliance was established to bring together a network of companies that share common values and have proven expertise in a wide range of disciplines, to provide the highest quality business and technology solutions to their clients.
Mr. Rife earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College; has his Certificate in Management and his Advanced Certificate in Management from the American Management Association; He has obtained his Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and his Business Continuity Professional certification from the Disaster Recovery Institute International. He has been featured in CIO magazine and has been the keynote speaker at Executive INTREOP. |

David P. Wesenberg is President and Senior Partner of Master
Software, Inc. He is a Software Architect, Software Designer,
Project Manager and System Modeler with over 4 decades of experience
in manufacturing, quality assurance, electronics, web performance
and online applications. Mr. Wesenberg has designed Quality
Tracking systems for Rocket Motor Plants, Metrology Systems
for Nuclear Processing Facilities, Crash Information Systems
for State Governments, Data Warehousing Systems, forecasting
Systems, and large scale on line Radio Infrastructure for 850
on line radio stations.
He has an extensive background in successful project execution,
quality, statistics and modeling of large systems to identify
functional, performance and quality challenges before they occur.
His educational background is in physics, mathematics and economics.
Mr. Wesenberg is an accomplished public speaker and technical
writer with over 30 papers on professional topics. |
